### How do payment processing fees work?
It depends on your pricing model. For percentage-based plans (6%–10%), fees are all-in — Multraverse absorbs Stripe processing costs so you receive one simple bill. For fixed monthly plans, your flat rate covers the platform only; standard Stripe fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply to your customer transactions and are billed separately by Stripe.

### How does the priority queue work?
Applications are processed based on tier priority. Scale tier (Priority 4) applications are reviewed first, typically within 1–2 business days. Growth tier (Priority 3) follows with 2–3 day processing.

### How do tier changes work?
By default, your tier adjusts automatically based on your monthly revenue. Upgrades happen as soon as you qualify. If your revenue dips, Multraverse waits two full months before adjusting your plan.

### Can I opt out of automatic tier changes?
Yes. You can toggle "Auto Tier Progression" off in your account settings. When disabled, you stay on your current plan regardless of revenue volume.

### Is the setup fee a one-time payment?
Yes. The setup fee is charged once when you first join. If your tier changes later, there are no additional setup fees.

### What are usage limits and how do overages work?
